Our Homes
We have a small portfolio of 2 and 3 bedroom homes in Calderdale. All of our homes are close to local amenities, including public transport links, shops, schools, and doctors’ surgeries. You don’t need a deposit or a bond, and you can stay in the property as long as you need to. Each home is decorated and includes carpets or other floor finishes.
Support Services
If you are offered one of our homes, you will receive support from our experienced and skilled staff team. They will empower you to begin building an independent life right from the start of your journey. Our team will help you settle into your new home and assist you in setting up and maintaining your tenancy. They will offer advice on ensuring your home is safe and secure, as well as guidance on managing debt, finances, and benefit claims. All our services are designed to help you develop independent living skills, make your own decisions, and access additional services as needed.
